The website currently only supports PayPal payment right now. For bank transfers, Western Union, Bitcoin, and other payment methods, please contact your personal Sales Rep to process the order.
Shipping can be arranged within 1 working day. When items are in stock, it usually takes 3-8 business days for shipping.
Log in to your account and click Order, you can track the logistics information. For more than two packages, we will send you a tracking email to help you check the tracking.
Send us your order number and tracking number, and your personal Sales Rep will assist and provide solutions.
We currently have warehouses in the US, UK, Australia, EU, Canada, Russia, Thailand and Japan. For these countries, we will ship locally. For other areas, we will ship from our Chinese factory, please check with your personal Sales Rep to process the order.
