- Mars Hydro wants every product to be a perfect match for your customers’ plantings. If your client feels it's not a good fit, we'll help you resolve the issue. Please contact your sales representative, and they will respond within one business day with the following policy.
Return terms and conditions
• Only LED grow lights can be returned or exchanged. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, must be in the same condition as when you received it, and still have the original packaging.
•Mars Hydro grow tent and grow tents included in grow tent kits are final sale. Once signed for, no return service is provided. However, if there are any defects, please contact us within 7 days of item arrival and we will try to help.
•Once we receive the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 1~5 working days.
•Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any return costs incurred due to the buyer's personal wishes. If the item arrives damaged or defective (proof of this must be provided), we will issue a shipping label.

1. Before returning any item, please contact your sales representative. Please note: Items returned without authorization may not be refunded.
(1) Have your order information ready. Include order number, order email, and any other relevant information.
(2) Provide a brief description of the problem, if any. Photos and/or videos of the problem, as well as photos and videos of all labels on the original box, are vital for us to process your request as quickly as possible.
2. The return addresses are different in different regions. Please be sure to contact your personal sales rep to get correct return shipping information before returning any merchandise.
